SAMAGRA (SAmastipur/Sonpur Mandal App for General Railway Assistance) has been developed in house free of cost by Railway officers and employees for the facilitation of general public. The mere motive of this app is information dissemination and facilitation for people at large and should not be considered an official app of the Govt of India. This is an attempt to gather all passenger related information at one place, but this app does not guarantee the authenticity of any/all information entirely.

In addition to this, the app also caters to the requirement of Commercial department of Samastipur/Sonpur division for official purpose. This module should only be accessed by Railway employees having authentic login ID and password.

रेलवे अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों द्वारा आम जनता की सुविधा के लिए मुफ्त में अपने आंतरिक स्रोतों से  समग्र ऍप बनाया गया है। इस ऐप का एकमात्र उद्देश्य बड़े पैमाने पर लोगों के लिए सूचना प्रसार और सुविधा मुहैया कराना  है और इसे भारत सरकार का आधिकारिक ऐप नहीं माना जाना चाहिए। हालाँकि इस ऍप के माध्यम से सभी यात्री संबंधित जानकारी को एक स्थान पर एकत्रित करने का प्रयास किया गया है,  लेकिन यह ऐप पूरी तरह से किसी भी / सभी जानकारी की प्रामाणिकता की गारंटी नहीं देता है।

इसके अतिरिक्त, यह ऐप आधिकारिक उद्देश्य के लिए समस्तीपुर/सोनपुर  मंडल के वाणिज्यिक विभाग की आवश्यकता को भी पूरा करता है। यह मॉड्यूल केवल रेलवे कर्मचारियों के द्वारा ही उपयोग होना चाहिए जिनके पास प्रामाणिक लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड हो।
